This FREE EVENT does not require membership and is a POT LUCK - please bring food or drink to share!

This Month’s Topic: Connection Through Movement... Yoga

Come experience the art of Yoga. Our Spectrum Yogi Jen will take us through a gentle exercise and relaxation session, complete with a few partner poses so we can share our experience with the women around us. 

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. No mat? No problem! Jen has a few mats for your use.

Connection Among Women

Come join us at the club and get to know each other without the guys around! There are many issues that come up in this crazy lifestyle and it would be great if we can get to know each other better and talk about any issues we may have, or things that we would like to see. This is a great

opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, give advice and just hang out with all the amazing ladies. We want to build a strong fierce community of bad ass women. Possible topics:
